For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To access the full range of sr789's services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account Registration:

1. One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one active Account on sr789. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, sr789 will close all but the earliest Account and may forfeit balances held in the duplicate Account(s).
2. Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details, must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. sr789 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify sr789 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
4. Account Non-Transferability. Your Account is strictly personal and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your Account is prohibited.
5. Right to Refuse. sr789 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

All financial transactions on sr789 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• sr789 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, which are outside sr789's control.
• sr789 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. See Section 7 for full KYC requirements.
• In the event that a deposited amount is credited to your Account in error, you are obligated to notify sr789 immediately. Retention or wagering of erroneously credited funds is not permitted and will be reversed upon detection.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the completion of applicable Wagering Requirements as set out in the specific promotion terms. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are not subject to Wagering Requirements unless combined with a bonus in a manner explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.
• sr789 may delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of ongoing security reviews, fraud checks, or regulatory compliance procedures. Players will be informed of any such delay in a timely manner.

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Time Limits. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements not completed within the stated time limit will be forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms. Live casino games may be excluded from Wagering Requirement contribution entirely unless stated otherwise.

• Modification of Promotions. sr789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to registered Account holders.
• Seasonal and Indonesian Holiday Promotions. sr789 periodically offers special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events, including Idul Fitri, Ramadan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions are governed by their own specific terms in addition to these general bonus terms.

The following rules govern all gameplay and wagering activity conducted through the sr789 Platform:

• Game Rules. Each game available on sr789 — including live casino tables, slots, sportsbook markets, roulette, keno, and crash games — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or from the relevant game provider's documentation. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence for matters relating solely to that game.

• Sportsbook Wagering. • Bet Cancellation. • Session Time Limits. Players may activate session time reminders that notify them when a predetermined period of continuous play has elapsed.

sr789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account under any of the following circumstances, without prior notice where circumstances require immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the funding of illegal activities through the Platform.
• Operation of multiple Accounts.
• Collusion, cheating, or use of unauthorized software or exploits.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at sr789 staff or other Players.
• Chargebacks initiated against a deposit made to sr789 without prior contact with our support team.
• Any conduct that sr789 reasonably believes may bring the Platform into disrepute or compromise its regulatory standing.

Where an Account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, sr789 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, pending bonuses, and associated winnings. Real-money deposits that are not subject to active disputes or investigations will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, less any amounts lawfully deductible.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. All outstanding Wagering Requirements must be completed or forfeited before a voluntary closure is finalized.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sr789 expressly excludes and limits its liability as follows:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:
